Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using Code Meter, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

License

StreetCoding grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Code Meter on any Mac you own or control, subject to the Mac App Store Terms of Service. Code Meter requires macOS 26 or later.

Requirements

Code Meter requires at least one supported provider account: Claude, Codex, Gemini, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, OpenRouter, DeepSeek, Kimi, Minimax, ElevenLabs, Z.ai, OpenCode Go, Ollama Cloud, or Grok. Depending on the provider, you connect with an API key or an authenticated web session stored locally on your Mac. You are responsible for the security of your credentials and for all usage associated with your account.

Account & Third-Party Provider Risk

Code Meter uses your own credentials to call each provider's usage API on your behalf. Your use of the app, and of any provider's API through it, is subject to that provider's own terms of service. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use complies with the terms of any provider you connect.

You acknowledge and accept that a provider may, at its sole discretion, rate-limit, suspend, terminate, or ban your account. StreetCoding has no control over and accepts no responsibility for any such action taken by a provider. Use of Code Meter is entirely at your own risk.

Free Trial & Pro License

Code Meter includes a free trial period. Trial eligibility is tracked using a date stored in the macOS Keychain, cross-referenced with RevenueCat's server-side records to prevent manipulation. Once the trial ends, a one-time lifetime Pro purchase is required to continue using the app. All transactions are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's payment terms. Purchases are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policy. To restore a previous purchase, use the Restore Purchase option in the app.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Code Meter is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. Usage figures are fetched from the connected provider's API and may not match your billing records in real time. Always verify critical usage information directly with your provider.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StreetCoding shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Code Meter, including unexpected API charges, rate limiting, or the suspension, termination, or banning of your account with any supported provider.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
